the lady and i went to the little mermaid singalong at the castro theatre last weekend, and i had a brilliant realization. not only is it the gayest disney movie ever (except perhaps the lion king 2 1/2), but flounder is totally her rickie!!! he is totally her gay best friend who is secretly in love with eric but knows that it's never going to happen so encourages her to go for him instead.
watch it. you will see.
